Keep in mind that a suitable sanitizer contains at least 60% alcohol. However, try to avoid using your hands and touching the surfaces or the materials as much as you can. Also, do not touch your face, eyes, nose, or any part of your exposed body if you haven’t washed or sanitized your hands. It’s also important to clean or disinfect everything you take out of the store before bringing them to your home. Keep in mind to disinfect your car if you place any grocery bags on your vehicle’s seats.

It is true that wearing a mask and sanitizing lower the chances of getting COVID-19, but the options are never zero. We don’t know where everybody else has been or with whom they’ve been in touch, so it’s better to keep a safe distance to protect all of us from the virus.

Try to schedule your grocery shopping for hours so that the shops are less likely to be crowded.
