Chin pain or sore throat
Chins or sore throats are not usually related to the heart but can be caused by heart muscle problems, colds, or sinus problems.
Easily get bored and get too tired
If you suddenly feel tired and unable to do your work as you used to, for example, climbing stairs with difficulty or having difficulty getting your purchases out of the car. Be sure to see a doctor. These changes are more important than symptoms such as pain.
Excessive fatigue and unexplained weakness of the body can be a sign of heart attacks, especially in women.
It is perfectly normal to snore while sleeping, but sometimes the amount of snoring is so great that it disturbs your sleep and may even lead to shortness of breath. This puts a lot of pressure on the heart, so you should see a doctor as soon as possible.
Cold sweat can have no cause other than a heart attack signal, which of course will be accompanied by other symptoms.
A cough that does not stop
In most cases, a cough is not a sign of a heart attack, but if you have heart disease or are at risk, you should pay more attention to these coughs. If the cough is too long or is accompanied by pink and white discharge, it could be a sign of heart failure. This problem occurs when the heart is unable to respond to the body’s requests, resulting in some blood leaking into the lungs.
Swelling of the ankles, legs, and soles of the feet
These problems can be a sign that the blood is not being pumped effectively. When the heart cannot pump blood fast enough, blood stays in the arteries and swelling occurs. Heart failure in these conditions makes it harder for the kidneys to expel water and sodium from the body, all of which cause inflammation.
See your doctor if you feel that your heart rate is not the same as usual. In most cases, problems with an irregular heartbeat are soon resolved, usually due to coffee and caffeine consumption or lack of sleep.
If you sweat completely for no reason, be sure to see your doctor and check your heart, especially if it lasts more than a week.
Ways to prevent heart attacks include:
- See your doctor if you notice the slightest symptoms to reduce your risk of a heart attack.
- Quit smoking: especially if you are over 50 years old.
- Be sure to have a regular exercise program: 30 minutes of exercise greatly reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.
- Eat a healthy diet: Do not use too much oil and salt.
